With my health qualifications, science-backed expertise, and most importantly—my personal ‘lived experience’ of overcoming severe, long-term stress, I offer a unique, compassionate perspective. I understand firsthand the challenges of living with chronic stress, and I’ve discovered effective ways to turn it around. Now, I’m here to guide you and your organisation or team, to do the same.

 

Based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, I provide in-person workshops and speaker engagement services within the Sydney metropolitan area, as well as virtual workshops available Australia-wide.
