Welcome! I’m Rosanna, the founder of StressCare Solutions, and I’m thrilled you’re here.
Having personally faced the challenges of complex developmental childhood trauma, c-PTSD, suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, and the heartbreaking loss of a parent to suicide, I know first-hand the devastating effects that chronic stress can have on our health, relationships, and overall well-being. I also understand how overwhelming the journey to recovery can be.
My personal experience – the journey from feeling utterly defeated to now living a balanced life – ignited my passion for self-care stress management. It’s this journey that drives me to help others manage stress in healthy, sustainable ways.
Like many, I once turned to unhealthy coping mechanisms to deal with stress, only to find they exacerbated my struggles and feelings of helplessness. It wasn’t until I reached breaking point—physically, mentally, and emotionally—that I realised I had to change how I was living. That’s when I discovered that self-care isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a transformative, life-changing tool for building resilience and strength, especially in the face of life’s toughest challenges.

For me, self-care became the key to rebuilding my nervous system and dramatically improving my overall health and well-being. It’s a practice that has helped me not only survive, but truly thrive.
My experience has shown me that self-care is not selfish; in fact, it is essential for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and maintaining a sense of balance and peace in an often, chaotic world. But here’s the truth: self-care isn’t something we’re born knowing how to do, and it’s often not something that society actively promotes. It’s a skill—one that requires practice, nurturing, and integration into our daily routines. Think of it like a muscle that needs consistent use to grow stronger.
My Experience
With over 35-years of experience in training across diverse sectors—medical, health, schools, corporate, government, and non-profit, I offer a unique combination of evidence-based techniques and authentic ‘lived experience.’ This allows me to connect deeply with individuals, providing not only practical tools but unique insights that can only come from having walked that difficult path myself.
